Meet the Business Owner: Donato L.
Donato has been in the restuarant business since he came to the west coast in the 60's. He's owned successful Italian restuarants in California & Nevada. He claims that this is his finally. This time he's not alone, as he brought in the big guns of Chef Carlos from Reno and Wine Director, David Ament; not to mention Ana (Mama), Mikey (Son) and Ruthie (Daughter).
