"Napoli knows how to make a proper pizza! Oh man."

I got off late Thursday night and decided to get some pizza with some friends. We ordered a large Quattro Formaggio (4 cheese) pizza and a large pizza that was half combination and half garlic and clam. We watched them make the pizza while we waited. Then the guy who took our order (i think his name was Donato) began to talk to us while we waited. He was very nice and friendly. 

20 minutes later, our pizzas were ready. All of the pizzas had a nice thin crust. The crust was crispy and a bit chewy (not unnecessarily soft so it has the consistence of bread). Also, it wasn't thin enough to be a damn cracker. Truly a proper crust.

4 Cheese: Wonderful if you love feta and Gorgonzola, it tasted great but it was a bit too much for me...salty cheese...meh

Garlic and Clam: Damn good! They didn't skimp on the garlic or the minced clams. 

Combination: pretty good. I would like a bit more spice

In short: good pizzas but a bit pricey, the staff is rather friendly, definitely worth checking out if you're in the area, try the garlic and clam, I'll be back for sure
